What is "Multimedia"?

Let's look at the first part of "Multimedia".  What does "Multi" mean?

Now let's define "Media".  What are some forms of "Media"?

So now, let's put "Multi" and "media" together.  What is the definition of "Multimedia"?

In this lesson, Learning.com will show you the different types of formats for "Multimedia" as an introduction to the subject.  Next year as an 8th grader, you will learn in great detail and create many forms of Multimedia.  For now, this is just an introduction to a much bigger world of multimedia.
